I am 18 years or older, with a valid government issued ID that I will have readily available on the day of my appointment.

Not all tattoo requests can be met, although we will do our best to meet them.

A deposit is REQUIRED for all tattoo appointments. (Deposit amount is $100 and cancelation must be made within 48 hours)

Bloody Point Tattoo does not tattoo the face and or neck tattoos. They are not allowed by South Carolina rules and regulations. Meaning nothing above the collar line.

Bloody Point Tattoo has the right to refuse service to anyone, regardless of if you have a deposit or an appointment (i.e. If you are under the influence of any substance or alcohol, are disrespectful to Bloody Point staff or clients, do not follow studio policies, etc)

You must check with your artist before using numbing cream, as it affects the tattoo application and healing process. Failure to do so may lead to forfeiture of your deposit.

We cannot tattoo skin with too much sun exposure. If you arrive for your tattoo appointment with too much sun exposure on the area to be tattooed, you will forfeit your deposit.

In order for your tattoo to heal properly, do not submerge your tattoo in any body of water (such as baths, hot tubs, oceans, rivers, lakes, ponds, etc.) for TWO WEEKS. If you are visiting Hilton Head Island/ Bluffton, we suggest scheduling your appointment at the later end of your stay.

All tattoo deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. (We cannot transfer appointment date, time, or client.) By paying your deposit, you agree to the design, placement, and size discussed for your tattoo. Any changes after placing deposit are subject to change in price and forfeiture of original deposit.
